The leadership team at Beaumont Primary were determined to provide the pupils with an exciting immersive space in which the children could enjoy reading for pleasure. With a 'woodland' remit and a healthy budget, ABC designed the bespoke space and created it under wraps so it was an amazing surprise for the children.
The walls were covered top to bottom in a design created by Adam Jones and incorporated the school's emblem, a Griffin, flying through the sky. We also partnered with Dave Blacker of Olivbells who created the incredible 3d tree that stretched out from one corner of the room and across two walls and along the ceiling.
ABC provided hundreds of pre-loved books donated by local families to fill the shelves so the library was full of exciting quality books for the children to choose from.
We hoe the children enjoy their new library for many years to come!
